This Privacy Policy explains how Dianliang Emergency Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. ScopeLocked is a business-to-business productivity tool intended for users aged 18 and above; the Service is not directed to children.

When you delete your account, we anonymise records rather than physically delete audit-critical rows.
