Delivery Policy

Governing language: This English version is the legally binding text. Any translation is provided for convenience only; in case of conflict, the English version prevails.

1. Digital-only service

ScopeLocked is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered entirely over the internet. We do not ship physical goods. There is no shipping fee, no shipping address, no carrier tracking number, no import duty, and no delivery window measured in days.

The Service is available worldwide, except in countries or to persons subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, or the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse a transaction if it would violate applicable trade or sanctions laws.

5. If your credits do not appear

If you have completed payment but your credit balance has not updated within 24 hours, please contact support@getscopelocked.com with your payment confirmation and account email. We investigate every case and — where the payment provider confirms the charge — credit the account manually within 1 business day.

6. Failed or duplicate payments

Failed payments are not charged. If you see a pending authorization for a failed payment, it is automatically released by your bank (typically within 3–7 business days). Duplicate charges are refunded in full — see our Refund Policy.

7. Relationship to other policies

This Delivery Policy supplements our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. If a conflict exists between this policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.
