What exactly does 1 signature credit buy?

One credit is consumed when a client completes a signature on a project brief you sent them. Sending, resending an unexpired link, or generating an AI draft does not consume a credit. Chargebacks and refunds after signature do not restore credits.

No. Purchased credits do not have an expiration date and remain in your account until used.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) in USD. Payments are processed by Airwallex, a licensed payment provider. All prices shown are the amount charged at checkout; any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment.

Is ScopeLocked a payment processor or escrow service?

No. ScopeLocked is a SaaS technology platform. We charge our users for access to our software (signature credits). We do not process, hold, or transmit any payments between users and their clients, and we do not act as an escrow, marketplace, or payment intermediary.

How is the product delivered?

Accepted Answer

Digitally and instantly. Credits are added to your account balance immediately after payment. Signed PDF briefs are delivered to both parties by email plus in-account download. There is no physical shipment. Full details in our Delivery Policy.

How long do you retain signed documents?

Accepted Answer

Signed PDFs and their audit trail (IP, timestamp, document hash) are retained for 7 years to comply with U.S. electronic-signature record-keeping expectations. Account closure triggers anonymization rather than physical deletion for retained records.

Which languages are supported?

The interface is available in English, Chinese (Simplified), Spanish, French, German, and Arabic. Signed PDFs can include multiple language versions in a single file; the English version is the legally authoritative text.
